Our values are part of everything we do and everything we build here at NBI. We live our values every day. They are deeply embedded in our culture; the way we lead, our work and how it’s communicated and how we impact the world through our Corporate Responsibilities and Equality Diversity and Inclusion. 

We are deeply committed to delivering high-speed fibre broadband to communities that were previously cut off from the rest of the world. We serve these communities every day with dedication and determination. Our work will provide all our citizens with equal and limitless opportunities to reach their potential and positively impact their community and the wider world.

Executing large scale projects like Ireland’s National Broadband Plan requires a breadth of knowledge that can be provided only by teams that are large, diverse, and composed of highly specialised professionals across different areas, so collaboration from the top down is critical to our success.
