Sara Lynn

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

Sara Lynn is the Chief Legal Officer of National Broadband Ireland (NBI), she leads the legal, compliance, corporate governance, and administrative operations at National Broadband Ireland. As CLO, she oversees the foundational support structures that ensure NBI delivers on its mandate to connect rural Ireland with high-speed fibre.
Since joining NBI in 2000, as Head of Legal Sara has managed complex contractual frameworks, guided major procurement projects, and built cohesive relationships with key stakeholders. She has been instrumental in integrating legal oversight seamlessly into the organisation’s operational rhythm.
Sara is a qualified solicitor in the UK and Ireland and has demonstrated strong advisory and negotiation capabilities in high-stakes environments. Her prior experience includes senior legal roles advising both semi-state and private clients across infrastructure sectors in Ireland and abroad.
Sara holds a degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin and a diploma in Corporate Governance from the Corporate Governance Institute.
